But that's why we're so keen to share the fully integrated story about how we work. And as long as you're stuck in that assembly-line mindset, I do think Basecamp probably does seem incompatible. The School of System Change is a learning provider with the ambition to serve the emerging field of systems change, as a vehicle for connecting and amplifying spheres of learning and practice. That's a very different environment to the one we're cultivating at Basecamp through Shape Up.
